Hello, my name is Denise Brown and I'm an author of YA murder mystery / thrillers. Growing up on Stephen King novels, I was always excited by books that kept me guessing until the very end, so it was only natural that I went on to write mysteries and thrillers myself. My interactive workshops will be designed to encourage the students to plot and solve their own mysteries.
As a Scout Leader I wrote and produced 5 Gang Shows before deciding to beome an author. The first show I co-wrote with Terry Pratchett and the plot became the kernal of Leap of Faith.
After my firt two books were published I started my own publishing company, Authors Reach Ltd, and reissued my books under that brand. I now have 12 successful authors.
I will continue to write The Temporal Detective Agency books as long as I can think of plots and my characters have fun!
