My novels draw on my extensive work with young people as an English teacher, with a particular eye on reluctant male readers. My books deal with themes like anger, shame and friendship which I continue in my author talks on the importance of reading and in my engaging and inclusive workshops. I am flexible to your context and can tailor sessions for large and small groups to suit your requirements.

She's a trained actor and qualified youth worker. She specialises in a whole school inclusive approach so that, just like in her books, no one ever gets left behind. Mrs D and Mrs T say: "Lisette was so energetic, encouraging and engaging. The pupils absolutely loved her session and produced some wonderfully imaginative work! She had the pupils in the palm of her hand. It is one of the best creative writing sessions that I have seen.
