Again, this is a motivational talk that examines how businesspeople can think like a spy to grow client-bases and improve inter-cultural communication and understanding.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Examples of workshops led by Julian include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>“Influence, persuasion and elicitation workshops”.&nbsp;
