I love visiting schools and meeting children to talk about how I write and illustrate stories. From whole-school assemblies to creative workshops with smaller groups of children, my events are fun, creative and interactive.

Feedback from participants and teachers

"We had such a lovely time. Thank you for the best event we’ve ever been to at Cheltenham!!! The way you welcomed us all into the room as you were drawing was just … so magical and it set the scene for a really, really beautiful creative session. Thank you!"

"Thank you again for visiting last week - it was such a pleasure to have you with us and I’ve received nothing but wonderful feedback from everyone."

"An enormous thank you for visiting our school today. Our children thoroughly enjoyed your workshop and were truly engaged throughout the activities"

A heartwarming and humorous tale told from the perspective of a newborn baby, celebrating the unbreakable bond between siblings. When a crinkled screaming baby is born, everything is new and overwhelming, and they do NOT like it. But Small Big One – a young sibling – knows exactly how to turn tears into laughter, and fear into fun. As the newborn grows, so does their bond with Small Big One. But what will happen when a new crinkled screaming baby arrives? From the very first cry in a bright white hospital room to tender moments spent together, this is a true celebration of the bond between siblings and the power of love.

When you start school, sometimes you need a best friend (or two). Ida is so noisy at home, but at school she is so quiet she doesn’t make any friends. Luckily Grandpa knows the best game to cheer her up: invisible shops. Little does he know that Ida will buy two invisible dogs, and those dogs are going to cause chaos!
