ASSEMBLIES:

Susannah's Writing Journey & Top Tips.  Susannah began her writing journey when she was just five years old, at her kitchen table, with lots of felt tip pens and some help from her mum to staple the pages together. She has learnt many things  about story making along the way and she would love to share them with your students!

It is a new term at the Rumpington Academy of Badgering, and the paws of progress are marching forward! The Major is jubilant as he announces an amazing new improvement for the Badger Operated Person - The Snout-Activated Oscillating Hypnotiser! Why, with this device the badgers can finally sort those human persons out once and for all, and SOLVE CRIME FOREVER! But Lulu Whifferton-Rear finds herself standing out for all the wrong reasons. Professor Briskwhiskers (maverick inventor and jolly good fellow) seems to have taken quite a dislike to her. When his invention starts to go haywire, a custard-making craze sweeps the globe, and Lulu is accused of stealing non other than the famous Derrière Diamond, she must put her ability to fit in to the test at the Claw Institute of Villainy, Scoundrelling and All Round Boundary if she is to uncover the truth and - maybe - just maybe... SAVE THE WORLD!
