Somerset author, Justin Newland, will sign copies of his historical adventure and supernatural thriller The Coronation at WH Smith, 87-89 Northbrook Street, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 1AE from 10.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on Saturday 3rd June 2023.
Set against the Seven Years’ War and the Great Enlightenment, The Coronation explores the origins of the most significant event our the modern world - the Industrial Revolution.
Justin writes secret histories in which historical events and people are motivated by numinous forces - that’s history with a supernatural twist.
He’ll also scribble his autograph in the copies of his other novels: The Genes of Isis, The Old Dragon’s Head and The Abdication. His next novel, The Mark of the Salamander, is due out in September and explores England’s coming of age during the Elizabethan era.
