The Society of Authors AGM is open to Members and Associates of the SoA only. Only Members have voting rights and can propose resolutions.

A. Report by the Chair of the Management Committee on the SoA’s activities during 2018.

B. Report of elections to the Management Committee.

C. To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following Resolutions:

Resolution 1: proposed by the Management Committee:

that the minutes of the meeting held on 30 November 2017 be approved.

Resolution 2: proposed by the Management Committee:

that the Company’s annual report and accounts for 2017 be approved.
