Drawing on his work collecting, maintaining and sharing rare and endangered vegetables from around the world Adam takes a number of favourites that he grows to tell the story of their journey from wild parent to cultivated offspring and how the domestication of crops and our work selecting and improving them since the dawn of agriculture 12,000 years ago.
