Hi, I'm Nikki! I studied for my BA and MA at Roehampton University. I feel very passionate about reaching underrepresented groups since I am from a lower income background. I grew up in inner city London and attended state school in Camden. I love inspiring others through workshops (online or in person) and giving feedback, in particular finding creative ways to engage others in writing.
I currently live in London and I'm willing to travel a reasonable distance. I am available for online teaching. I base my rates on those recommended by The Society of Authors.
My psychological thriller, Ellipsis, was published by Sparkling Books in 2010. My chapbook, exits/origins, was published by Knives Forks and Spoons Press in 2010 and my collection, Hope Alt Delete, was also published by them in 2017. One of my poems was also featured in The Blackpool Illuminations 2016. I have a forthcoming collection with The Knives, Forks and Spoons Press (2021). My novel, Volta, won the Virginia Prize 2020 and is forthcoming with Aurora Metro in 2021.
