Poppy O'Neill is an author for children and parents, specialising in mental health. She's written over 15 books on the subject, including best-seller Don't Worry, Be Happy.
She's passionate about helping children and adults understand their emotions and improving mental health for people of all ages.

Poppy is an experienced workshop leader, interviewee and public speaker both remotely and in-person. She offers talks on emotions, mental wellbeing, creativity and parenting.
She's experienced in school visits, workshops, radio interviews and speeches, and has taught a variety of creative writing workshops over Zoom for Writers' HQ and WriteWell, including a children's story-writing workshop, journaling for mental health and flash fiction classes.
