Poppy O'Neill is an author for children and parents, specialising in mental health. She's written over 15 books on the subject, including best-seller Don't Worry, Be Happy

She's passionate about helping children and adults understand their emotions and improving mental health for people of all ages. 

I wasn't sure what I got out of this class, but then I looked at my notes - Wow - you packed a lot into a tiny space.  Love that I can re-visit the online session to explore the ideas in my own time.

Poppy is an experienced workshop leader, interviewee and public speaker both remotely and in-person. She offers talks on emotions, mental wellbeing, creativity and parenting. 

She's experienced in school visits, workshops, radio interviews and speeches, and has taught a variety of creative writing workshops over Zoom for Writers' HQ and WriteWell, including a children's story-writing workshop, journaling for mental health and flash fiction classes.
