Earith primary school visit pm session

I will start the session with familiar action songs, using the guitar as accompaniment. I will read the story of The Meadow Farm Band using the eBook version on the interactive whiteboard. We will discussion the message of the story and how it is important to include others so that no-one feels left out. We will explore words to describe how Felix Fox feels when he is left out. Do the children ever feel left out? Do they know anyone who seems to be left out? How can we help to make things better? What does Robbie Robin do to help things?

After school, there will be a whole school event-offering an opportunity for parents to buy a signed copy of The Meadow Farm Band. There will be Cut Outs of the farm animals story characters so that pupils can get their photo taken with them. After School Club will organize refreshments for everyone.
