Dan had all of our KS2 children engaged with his session. The children really enjoyed asking him questions about his writing journey. We even had some budding authors bring in their work for Dan to critique! Thank you Dan for taking the time to listen to our children, sign their books and inspire a next generation of writers!

Thank you so much for such an interactive and engaging session. The children from Year 1 - 4 took part and thoroughly enjoyed your Q&A, story reading and workshops. Your props brought the experience to life and the children were talking about their visit the next day to members of staff.

Sarah came to two of our libraries and did a fabulous job leading several illustration workshops for our younger customers. She is very easy to work with and great with the kids.

Simon visited our school yesterday and we had an absolutely fabulous day! Simon started the day with an all school (Primary) assembly and then, throughout the day, he ran a series of workshops with each year group. All of the children and the staff were totally engaged during the day and it's started a great project in illustrating and writing stories.

Thank you for your wonderful workshops. The children were inspired to write their own stories after hearing about your history and processes of story writing. Staff and children thoroughly enjoyed hearing about what inspired you to begin the writing journey and we would love to have you back in the future!

Ian visited as part of our transition week and worked with the Year 6 into Year 7 students. His shows were lively, engaging and entertaining, as well as inspiring for young readers and writers. His workshop, which included a smaller group of students, was similarly engaging and really helped the students to think about how to create a setting in creative writing. We will definitely arrange another visit in the future!

Simon was amazing. He had a great presentation and the students were really engaged. His "Welcome to Gay Club" assembly was a great mix of humour and serious issues. We would love to have him back some time in the future.
