Ken was fantastic; his writing workshop was engaging, with plenty of ideas that the students could interact with. They created some really imaginative pieces, and were inspired to write extensively. Ken's assemblies were also engaging; he allowed students to believe that publishing is a career obtainable to them, and he answered their questions with warmth and patience. We loved having him at our school!

We loved our day with Sophie. She pitched her sessions at just the right level for the children and they loved her creativity. Sophie was very friendly and communicated really well with me. She was prompt and full of energy throughout her sessions. The children particularly loved the fact that she creates characters first and then works out a plot around those ideas. Thank you, Sophie, for making our World Book Day really special!

Daniel came to visit us on 2nd March. The children and staff were hugely inspired by his assembly and the fantastic workshops that he gave to our Key Stage 2 children. The book signing and sale were a resounding success and the excitement felt by all was tangible. Thank you so much!

Richy was both professional and extremely inspiring to both teachers and staff. He motivated the students in both sessions, and had an open manner that made all kinds of students comfortable to ask questions and join in.
He was also very well organised and a strong communicator, both before (for example, planning the event with staff) and on the day, talking to a wide range of students and staff. He was passionate, not only about the industries he works in, but also topics such as reading for pleasure, promoting literacy, and following your passions in life, all topics that students responded very well to.
We would definitely recommend Richy to other educational settings, and in fact already have- he was brilliant.

Brilliant day. Thank you Matt for your fantastic writing workshop that got all the students planning. Engaging and fun assembly as well. Matt's visit was not just for football fans, and the sense of excitement around the school was brilliant.

Alice was absolutely amazing and the children loved her workshops.
I really enjoyed how Alice started the day talking about the journey of writing a book and this definitely inspired some of the children to become authors one day.
I have heard praise from every teacher who observed Alice's workshops and they said how engaged the children were during her sessions. Alice catered for a range of ages and the children thoroughly enjoyed her workshops. Thank you again for enriching the children with a love of reading and I would love for Alice come back to us soon!

Poppy shared her books, Don't Worry Be Happy and Hello Feelings with the children in our school. They had lots of fun learning self-help strategies and creating worry monsters with her. Thank you, Poppy.
